2006 Customer Satisfaction Survey
We are please to announce that we have the results from Superior’s first Customer Satisfaction Survey. We wanted to thank the 343 households who participated because with your feedback we are able to assess the areas of needed improvement in order to continue our focus on providing our customers with the best possible service.
As you will see the overall satisfaction with our company is very good, but we are taking into account the comments that some of you have added to the survey card. Due to the fact that personal information was not included we are unable to address these issues on a one to one basis, however we ask that if you are experiencing any issues at this time that you contact our office immediately and they will be addressed.
In question eight on the survey card we asked how we could further assist you and we included some suggestions that we were currently considering that would make things more accessible for our customers. We thank you for your additional input and ask that you refer to our website for any additional information regarding these changes.
Please note that for your convenience we have created this website, incorporated a newsletter link, provided our email addresses, and offered some suggestions on alternate payment options.
